By agreeing to this contract we are not at fault for any failures regarding shipping. However if any failures occur you can either accept a full refund, return or have full store credit. By agreeing to this contract legal action may not be taken whatsoever regarding shipping failures and we are clearly NOT RESPONSIBLE. NO LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN

Shipping Responsibility Trendcolabs is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. Delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Resolution Options In the event your package is not delivered, we offer the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Store credit toward a future purchase
  • A replacement order (subject to availability)
  • A refund to your original payment method
